AN ORDyi'ANCE appropriating and transferring certain moneys from the
General Fund (Administration and Finance Department) to the City

Court Fund in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appropriated and
transferred from the General Fund .(,Administration and Finance Depart-
ment) in the City Treasury to the account of the following fund of
said General Fund the following amount to -wit:
To the City Court Fund the sum of ?1',,5,516.39
1 Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of the City of
Salina are hereby authorized and directed to make the transfer author-
ized by the precedin section of this ordinance and to :Hake such
entries on their books as may be necessary to transfer to the fund
above designated the amount specified in such preceding section hereof.

Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from

AN ORDINANCE appropriating and transferring certain moneys
from the General Fund (Administration and Finance De-
partment) to the City Court Fund in the City Treasury.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby appro-
priated and transferred from the General Fund (Administration
and Finance Department) in the City Treasury to the account

Section 2. That the City Clerk and City Treasurer of
