officio City clerk and providing for the duties of such office.
BE IT ORDAINEB by the Board of Co?nnissioners of the City of Salina
Kansas; ,
Section 1. That there be and there is hereby created the
office of Deputy Director of Finance and exofficio City Clerk
to act as such in the absence or disability of the regularly
appointed and acting Director of Finance and City Clerk of the
City of Salina, who shall when appointed perform all the duties
and be invested. with all the authority of the Director of
rIinance and City Clerk of the City of Salina in the absence
or disability of the regularly appointed and acting Director
of Finance and ex -officio City Clerk.
