BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the Sum of $347.85 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in tie City Treasury for the payment of certain claims incurred for labor required and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of City streets, avenues or boulevards, slaoning to whom and for what purpose the claim is paid.
