That the sum of X373.89 be and the same is hereby appropriated out of the Relief Highway Fund in the City Treasury for the payment of certain claims incurred for labor required and necessary in the construction, maintenance and operation of city I streets, avenues or boulevards, showing to whom and for what purpose i the claim is paid.
