5226 Zone University Addition & Pacific AdditionORDINANCE N0. 5226 (First in the Salina Journal l� 1947) published v,� AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina in "B" Residential District, providing for the inclusion of certain lands in "C" Commercial District, as those districts are respectively defined in Sections 4 and 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and providing for the proper use of each thereof. 1 WHEREAS, a petition was duly filed praying for the rezoning of certain lands here- inafter described; and WHEREAS, said petitions were duly referred to the Citi* Planning and Zoning Com- mission and said commission met and duly recommended that said described land be rezoned as hereinafter provided and as prayed for; and !WHEREAS, notices of the proposed changes in the zoning of said land was duly and regularly published and the prescribed time since the publication thereof nas duly elapsed; and so, BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That the preamble hereof is made a part of this ordinance and the following described land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial District as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and that said land may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of said ordinance and the amendments thereto, subject, however, to such restrictions and regulations as hereafter provided for, to -wit: The north 25 feet of Lot 27, on State Street, in University Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas. Lot 19, Block 4, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 2. That the following described land in the City of Salina shall be and it is hereby included in, added to and made a part of "B" Residential District as defined by Section 4 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and that said land may be used for the purposes designated in Section 9 of said ordinance and the amendments thereto, subject, however, to such restrictions and regulations, as hereafter provided for, to -wit: The North 60 feet of Lots 8 and 9 in Cunninghams Replat of Block 15, Oakdale Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
