AN ORDINANCE PROVIDI14G FOR the salaries of the Judge, Marshall and Clerk of

the City Court of Salina, the payment thereof and repealing Section 8

of Ordinance No. 3767,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina:
i
Section 1. The Judge of the City Court of Salina shall receive for his ser-
vices, a salary of two hundred (0200.00) dollars per month; the Clerk of said

court shall receive for his services a salary of One hundred and fifty (4150.00)
dollars per month; the Marshall of said court shall receive for his services a
I
salary of One Hundred Sixty-five (0165.00) dollars per month. All of such
salaries shall be paid in semi-monthly installments by said city out of the
I
city treasury.

Section 2. That Section 8 of Ordinance No. 3767 (34-108 Revised Ordinances,
i
1939) be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
i
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
