AN ORDI.ANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of
Salina in "C" Corrmercial District, as that district is defined by
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3183 and providing for the proper use
thereof.
4HEKEAS, a petition has 'heretofore been duly filed, praying for the inclusion
of Lot One (1) in Plat "C" on fourth Street, City of Salina, Kansas in Class
"C" Commercial District as defined in Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188; and
kHEREAS, said petition i.Nas duly referred to the City Planning and Zoning Cora -
mission and said Commission met and duly recommended that said described land
be included in Class "C" Coranercial District as defined aforesaid; and
°�fEREAS, a notice of the proposed change in the zoning of said land was duly
and regularly published and the prescribed tirae since the publication thereof
has duly elapsed; and so
BE IT 5R AIM by the D'oard of Cornrniss"oners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
SEC`T'ION 1. That the preamble hereof is made a part of this ordinance
and the following, described land in the City of Salina shall be and the same
is hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial Dis-
trict as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as
amended, and that said land may be used for the purposes designated in Section
10 of said ordinance and the amendments thereto, subject, however, to such
restr.ctions and regulations as hereafter provided for, to -wit:
Lot One (1) in Plat "C" on Fourth
Street, City of Salina, Kansas.
S ction 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
