AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina in
"C" Commercial District, as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance No.
? 3138 and providing for the prover use thereof.

s1HEREAS, a petition has heretofore been duly filed, praying for the inclusion of
the North Twenty (20) feet of Lot Two(2), Block Four (4), in aouthern Heights Addi-
tion to the City of Salina, Kansas in Class "C" Commercial District as defined in
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188; and

"1-EREAS, said petition was duly referred to the City Planning and Zoning Commission
and said Commission met and duly recommended that said described land be included in
Class "C" Commercial District as defined aforesaid; and
i�HEREAS, a notice of the proposed change in the zoning of said land was duly and
regularly pui.lished and the prescribed time since the publication thereof has d-,zly
elapsed; and so,
BE IT ORDAINED by the board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, ha.nsas:
Section 1. That the preamble hereof is made a part of this ordinance and the
following described land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is hereby
included in, added to and made a part of th- "C" Commercial District as defined
by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and that said
land may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of said ordinance and
the amendments thereto, subject, however, to such restkictions and regulations as
hereafter provided for, to -wit:
The North Twenty (20) feet of Lot Two (2),
Block Four (4), Southern Heights Addition
to the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its adoption and publica-
tion once in the official city paper.
