BE IT ORDATdIED by the Board of Coizaissioners of the City of Sa.iina, Kansas:
Section 1. 'That the following land in the City of Salina shall ie and tie
sssze is hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "E" Heavy Industrial
Dis-�rict, as defined by Section 7 of Ordinance No. 6188 and said ordinance as amended,
and that said land may be used for the purpose designated in Section 12 of said
Ordinance No. 0188 as amended, subject, nowever, to suc1 restrictions and regulations
as hereaf ter provided for, to -wit:
All of Lot Six (less twenty-five (Zb) square
feet for an Historial 1.1arker), Surveyor's Plat:
Seven (7) and Lots One (1) to eleven (11) in-
clusive, Block tour (4) Stack Place, all in the
City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
Section G. That this ordinance be in force from and of -Ler its adoption and
publication once in the official city paper.
