AN ORDI119NCE classifying persons, finicts and corporations to be licensed
to retail cereal malt beverates, and levying an occupation and license
tax therefor and amending sub-division (g), (h) and(i) of Section. 1 and

all of section S of Ordinance 1o. 4741 and repealing said sub-divisions
(g), (ii) and (i) of Section 1 and ail of Section b of said ordinance Tao.

Section 1. Tnat subdivision (g), (h) and (i) of Section 1 of Ordi :once
I�o. 4741, being, an ordinance relating to the regulation, licensing and taxing,

be acid each n.re hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. Subdivision (g) 'General Retailers is a licensee who has

a license to retail cereal malt beverages in oottles, original and unbroken

cases, ana from kegs or in keg lots."

"Subdivision (h) 'Case Aetailerl is a licensee who 'rias a license to sell

at retail cereal malt bevera-es in original case or keg lots or in broken
case lois of twelve (1;�) bottles or more and not for consluripticn on the
premises. "
Section V.. I11at Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 4741, be and it is hereby
amended to read as follows:
"Section 5. Subdivision (a) 'General Retailer' for each place of business
Seventy-Five 075.00) Dollars per calendar gear."
"Subdivision (b) 'Case Retailer' for each place of business -Fifty (,$50.00)
Dollars per calendar year."
"The full amount of license fee shall be reruired rer-ardless of the time
of the year in which the application is made and the licens: e s!iall orUy be
authorizes to operate under theiicense 1'or the remainder of the calendar year
in which the license is issued."
Section 3. That subdivisions (g), (h) and (i) of Section 1 of Ordinance
Ivo. 4741 and all of Section 5 of said Ordinance be and they are :hereby repealed.
Section 4. That this ard.inance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official paper.
