AN ORDINANCE limiting the ti:e of parking of vehicles on the north side of Iron
Avenue between Eighth Street and Ninth Street and providing penalties for
the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.

Section 1. No person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be parked
or left any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any one place between
the hours of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock P. M. on any day of the week exdept
Sunday, on that portion of Iron Avenue in the City of Salina, Kansas, described
as follows, to -wit:
On the north side of Iron Avenue from the east line
of Ninth Street thence east to the west line of
Eighth Street.
Section 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall be punished by

a fine of not more than $10.00 for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after its
publication in the official city paper.

AN ORDINANCE limiting the time of parking of vehicles on the north side
of Iron Avenue between Eighth Street and Ninth Street and providing penalties
for the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
SECTION 1. No person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be
parked or -left any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any
one place between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A.M. and 7:00 O'clock P.M., on
any day of the week except Sunday, on that portion of Iron Avenue in the
City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows, to -wit:
On the north side of Iron Avenue from the East line
of Ninth Street thence east to the West line of
Eighth Street.
SECTION 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this
ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction shall
be punished by a. fine of not more than $10.00 for each offense.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force after
