Ali ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina in
"C" Commercial District, as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and the
exclusion of certain additional land from "C" Commercial District, as defined
by Section 5 of said ordinance and the inclusion thereof in the "D" Light In-
dustrial District, as that district is defined by Section 6 of said ordinance
and providing for the proper uses of each thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas
Section 1. That the following land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is
hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial District as defined
by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and that said land
may be used for the purpose designated in Section 10 of said Ordinance No. 3188, amend-
ment thereto, and such restrictions and regulations as hereafter provided for, to -wit:
Lots Seven (7) and Nine (9) Block 3, Pacific
Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the following land in the City of Salina shall be and the same
is hereby excluded from the "C" Commercial District as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended and said land shall be and it is hereby included
in, added to and made a part of the "D" Light Industrial District, as defined by
Section 6 of Ordinance No. 3188 and amendments thereto, and that said land may be used
for the purposes designated in Section 11 of said Ordinance No. 3188 and amendments
thereto, and such restrictions and regulations as may be hereafter provided for, to -wit=
Lots One (1), Three (3), Five (5), Seven (7),
Nine (9), Eleven (11), Thirtee (13), Fifteen (15),
Seventeen (17), Nineteen (19) and Twenty-one (21
in Block Three (3) in North Park Addition to the
City of Salina.
Section 3. That this ordinance be in force from and after its adoption and
publication once in the official city paper.
