AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land in the City of Salina in
"C" Commercial District, as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and pro-
viding for the proper uses thereof.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Sect: -on 1. That the following land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is
hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "C" Corwnercial District as de-
fined by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended, and that said
land may be used for the purpose designated in Section 10 of said Ordinance No. 3188,
amendments thereto, and such restrictions and regulations as hereafter provided for,
to -wit:
South 30 feet of the East 50 feet of Lot 12, in Surveyor's Plat 31,
City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its adoption and publica-
tion once in the official city paper.
