All ORDINANCE vacating a portion of Greenway Road in Country Club Heights lying
east of Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Two (2) in Country Club Heights between
Overhill Road and the north line of the south half of the Northwest Quarter
of Section *eventeen (17), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2) West
of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That that portion of Greenway Road in Country Club Heights,
an addition in the City of Salina, Kansas, which lies east of and adjacent to
the east line of Lot Thirteen (13) in Block Two (2) in said Country Club Heights,
between the southerly line of Overhill Road and the north line of the northwest
quarter of Section Seventeen (17), Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Two (2)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas, be and the same
is hereby vacated as and for a public highway in said city, and that the west
one-half thereof, being the west twenty-five (25) feet of said portion of said
Greenway Road, so vacated, shall revert to and become a part of said Lot Thirteen
(13) in Block Two (2) in Country Club Heights, and that the east one-half thereof,
being the east twenty-five (25) feet of said portion of said Greenway Road, so
vacated, shall re.rert to and become a part of the unplatted land lying east of
said portion of said Greenway Road so vacated, being a part of the north half
of the Northwest Quarter of Section Seventeen (17) Township Fourteen (14) South,
Range Two (2) West of the Sixth Principal Meridian in Saline County, Kansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after
its publication in the Salina Journal, the official city paper, and after the re-
cording of a certified copy of this ordinance and the proof of publication there-
of in the office of the Register of Deeds of said County.
