AN ORDINANCE providing for the exclusion of certain property from the "A"
Residence District as defined in Ordinance No. 5188 and providing for
the inclusion of the same in "B" Residence District, as defined by said
ordinance.
BE IT Oi?DAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That certain land, beim; Lots Nine (9) and Eleven (11) in
Survevorts Plat Ten (10), City of Salina, Kansas, is hereby excluded from
"A" Residence District as defined in Section Three (3) of Ordinance No. 3188
and that said described land be and the same is herejy included in "B" Residence
District as defined in Section Four (4) of said Ordinance No. 5188 and that
said described land may be used for the purposes designated in Section Nine (9)
of said Ordinance No. 5188.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in effect from and after its publication
in the official city paper.

AN ORDINANCE providing for the exclusion of certain property from the
"A" Residence District as defined in Ordinance No. 3188 and providing for
the inclusion of the same in "B" Residence District, as defined by said
ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That certain land, being Lots Nine (9) and Eleven (11)
in Surveyor's Plat Ten (10), City of Salina, Kansas, is hereby excluded
from "A" Residence District as defined in Section Three (3) of Ordinance
No. 3188 and that said described land be and the same is hereby included
in "B" Residence District as defined in Section Four (4) of said Ordinance
No. 3188 and that said described land may be used for the purposes desig-
nated in Section Nine (9) of said Ordinance No. 3188.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in effect from and after its publica-
tion in the official city paper.
