AN ORDII AdCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain alley in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAIi'dED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That that portion and part of an alley running north and south
between Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street, lying and situated north of the north line,
extended west of Lot Thirty-four (34) on Fifth Street, thence north to the sout?z line
of Pine Street, all in the Original Town of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, be and the
sa.rae is hereby vacated as and for a public alley and that said alley shall revert to
and become parts of the lots adjacent thereto in equal proportions, as provided by la -'V;
Provided, however, that the City of Salina hereby reserves a right of 1vay and easement
in portions of said alley so vacated for the purpose of laying, constructing, repairing
and maintaining sewers.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its
publication in the official city paper.

BE IT ORDAITED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas;
