AN ORDIEA2 CE limiting the time of parking of vehicles on the north and South
sides of Ash Street, between Seventh Street and Eighth Street,
and providing for penalties for the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE :-JOARD OF CITY C01-21,IISSIONERS C,F THE CITY OF ��,�LIPJA, KANSAS:
Section 1. 10 person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be
parked any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any one place
between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A.M. and 7:00 o'clock F.M. on any day of the
week except Sunday on that portion of Ash Street in the City of Salina, described
as follows, to -wit:
On the north and on the south side of Ash

Street between Seventh Street and Eighth
Street.
Section 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this Ordinance

shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be
punished by a fine of not more than 4"10.00 for each offense.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force after
its puolication in the official city paper.

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of City Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. No person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be
parked any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any one
place between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A.M. and 7:00 o'clock P.I.J. on
any day of the week except Sunday on that portion of Ash Street in the
City of Salina, described as follows, to -wit:
On the north and on the south side of Ash
Street between Seventh Street and Eighth
Street.
Section 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this
Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction

offense.
