5133 Street Parking on Eighth Street1 1 ORDINANCE N0. 5133 (Published in the Salina Journal --- --- — -- - -- ---- 1944) Aid ORDINANCE limiting the time of parking of vehicles on the east side of Eighth Street between Walnut Street and the driveway south of the Post office, said driveway being the first driveway south of Iron Avenue. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. No person shall park or leave or cause or permit to be parked any vehicle for more than two hours at any one time at any one place between the hours of 7:00 o'clock A. M. and 7:00 o'clock P. me on any day of the week except Sunday on that portion of Eighth Street in the City of Salina, described as follows, to -wit: On the east side of Eighth Street between Walnut Street and the driveway south of the post office, said driveway being the first driveway south of Iron Avenue. Section 2. Any person who shall violate any provision of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than 410.00 for each offense. ,Section 6.
