certain areas to Claes "D" Light Industrial District as defined in Section
6 of said ordinance, and exclusing certain areas from "C" Comrzercial Dis-
trict as defined in Section 5 of said ordinance, and excluding certain
areas from "A" R sidential District as defined by Section 3 of said ord-
finance.

BE IT ORDAITED by the Board of Cor
Section 1. That "D" Light Industrial District as defined in Section 6
of Ordinance No. 3188, is hereby extended to include all of lots 32, 34, 36,
33, 40, 42, 43 and 45 in Block 1 of North Park Addition -'to Salina, Kansas,
and all of Lots 2, 4, 6, 3, 10, 12, 14 and 16 on T..jelfth Street in Vieaver's
Second A(_dition to Salina, Kansas, and such lots are hereby excluded from "C"
Cor_Laercial District as de Pined in Section 5 of Ordinance ido. 3138.
Section 2. T"iat "D" Liht Industrial District as defined by Section 6 of
Ordinance No. 3188, is hereby extended to i.clude all of Lots 31, 33, 35, 37
39 and 41 in Block 1 of Tdorth Park Addition to Salina, Kansas, and such lots
are hereby e.--cluded from "A" Residential District as defined by Section 3 of
Ordinance No. 3188.
