A11 ORDITANCE extending; the fire limits of the City of Salina as defined in 6ection
1 of Ordinance No. 3040 and Section 1 of Ordinance No. 4579, being Sections
11-101 and 11-102, respectively, Revised Ordinances of 1939.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.-
Section
ansas:Secticn 1. That the fire limits of the City of Salina, Kansas, as defined
in Section 1 of Ordinance No. 3040 and Section No. 1 of Ordinance I',io. 4579, being
Sections 11-101 and 11-102, respectively, Revised Ordinances of 139, be and they
are hereby extended to include all that part of the City of Salina, Kansas, lying
within the following boundaries:
Cormencing at the intersection of the gest line of Fourth Street
with the south line of Walnut Street; thence south to northwest
corner of intersection of Fourth Street and I:°ulberr-,r Street; thence
west along the north line of Fulberry Street to the east line of fifth
Street; thence north to south line of 1'Talnut Street; thence ee.st along

south line of Walnut Street to point of beginning.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force after
its passage and nublicati n in the official city paper.

the following boundaries:
Commencing at the intersaction of the west line of Fourth
Street with the south line of Walnut Street; thence south
to northwest corner of intersection of Fourth Street and
Mulberry Street; thence West along the rcrth line of Mul-
berry Street to the east line of Fifth Street; thence
north to south line of Walnut Street; thence east along
south line of Walnut Street to point of beginning.
Section#2: Phis Ordinance shall take affect and be in full
force after its passage and publication in the Offical City Paper.
