AN ORDINANCE vacating certain portions of WNh.itridge Street north of U. S. Highway
81 by-pass, in the City of Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 1. That Whitridge Street in said city, from Broadway Boulevard north to
Dry Creek be and the same is hereby vacated.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take affect and be in full force from and after
its passage and publication in the official city paper.
