AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 3188 and adding
certain areas to Class "D" Light Industrial districts as defined
by Section �6 of said Ordinance and excluding said areas from
Class "A" Residential Districts as defined by Section #3 of said
Ordinance and Class "C" Commercial Districts as defined by Section
#5 of said Ordinance• ..
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section #1. That "D" Light Industrial District, as defined by
Section #6 of Ordinance No. 3188, is hereby extended to include all of Lots
Nos. 1 to 20 inclusive in Block #5, Pacific Addition, and that all of said
lots Nos. 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20, Block 5, Pacific Addition, Salina,
Kansas, are excluded from "A" Residential District, as defined by Section #3
of Ordinance No. 3188, and that all of said Lots Nos, 4, 3, 1, 5, 70 9, 11,
13, 2, 15, 17 and 19 in Block #5, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas, are excluded from "C" Commercial District as defined by Section
of Ordinance No• 3188.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its publication in the official city paper.

Lots Nos. 419 3, 10 50 719 90 11, 13, 2, 15, 17 and 19 in
Block #5, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, are
excluded from "C" Commercial District as defined by Section
#5 of Ordinance No. 3188.
