AN ORDINANCE granting permission to the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company to ex-
tend existing spur tracks No. 139-7 now serving Salina Concrete Products
Company across Ash Street and south of the center of Ash Street.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Co�raissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the T`ssouri Pacific Railroad Company, its successors and
assigns be and it is hereby granted a right of way to build, construct, and main-
tain an extension from the existing spur track, No. 138-7, now serving the Salina
Concrete products Company, as shown by the plat thereof dated February 12, 1945,
now on file in the office of the City Engineer, south 150' more or less, to a point
1251, more or less, south of the center of Ash Street with switch stand 102' south
of the center of Ash Street.
Section 2. Said extension of spur track shall be constructed at the established
grade of said street and the said Missouri Pacific Railway Company, its successors
and assigns, shall maintain suitable crossing over said tract.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and
after its passage and publication in the official city paper.
