AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Ordinanc N 3188

adding certain areas to Class "C" Commercial District, as
defined in Section 5 of said Ordinance, and excluding cer-
tain areas from the "A" Residential District as defined in
Section 3.of said Ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That "C" Commercial District, as defined by Section 5
of Ordinance No. 3188, is hereby extended to exclude Lots 1, 3 and 5 on
Ninth Street, and the east one-half of Lot 13 on Crawford Avenue, all in
Seitz's Second Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas; and such lots are
hereby excluded from "A" residential district as defined by Section 3 of
Ordinance No. 3188.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and after
its publication in the official city paper,
