AN ORDINANCE providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 3188, and adding
certain areas to "C" Commercial District, as defined in Section 5 of said
ordinance and excluding certain areas from the "A" Residential District to
the "C" Commercial District, as defined in Section 3, of said ordinance.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansass
Section 1. That "C" Commercial ,"District as defined by Section 5 of
wrdinance No. 3188 is hereby extended to include Lots 9, 11, 13, 15, 17 and
19 in Block 5, Pacific Addition to the City of Salina, Kansas, and such lots
are hereby excluded from "A" Residential District as defined by Section 3 of
ordinance No. 3188.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its publica-
tion in the official city paper.
