AN ORDIi;ANCE providing for the amendment of Ordinance No. 3188, and addin,; certain
areas to "C" Commercial District, and to Light Industrial District as defined
in sections 5 and 6, respectively, of said ordinance and excluding certain
areas from the "A" Residential District to the "C" Corunercial District,
respectively, as defined in sections 3 and 5, respectively, of said ordinance.
BE I`!' ORDAINED by the Beard of `;om.,issioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That "C" Conaaercial District as defined by Secti:_n 5 of Ordinance
No. 3188 is hereby extended to include lots 62 64 and 66 on Ninth Street in the
Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan University; and lots 1 to 5 inclusive of Block 1, Pleasant
View Addition; and such lots are hereby excluded from "A" Residential Di-trict as de-
fined by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3188.
section 2. That Light Industrial District as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
No. 3188 is hereby extended to include lots No. 17 and 18 on Ninth Street, Bishops
Addition, lots 59, 60, 61 and 62 on Tenth street, Bishops Addition; lots 10 and 11
on Eleventh Street, Weaver's Addition and lots 10 and 11 on Twelfth Street, Weaver's
Addition; such lots are hereby excluded from "C" Commercial District as defined by
Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its publication
in the official city paper.
