5059 Taxicab PassengersORDINANCE N0. 5059

AN ORDINANCE relating to taxicab passengers and repealing Section 30, Ordinance 4952.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Co#missioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the provisions with reference to the number of passengers pro-
vided for in Section 1 of Ordinance 5017 is supplemented by the following provisions:
"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 1 of Ordinance 5017 with reference
to the number of passengers, in no event shall more than six passengers be
transported at any one time."
Section 2. That Section 30 of Ordinance 4952 be and the same is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinanoe shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage and publication in the official city paper.
