AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF ORDINANCE N0. 3188, AND
ADDING A CERTAIN AREA TO THE "C" COWIERC IAL DISTRICT AS DEFINED IN
SECTION 5,, OF SAID ORDINANCE, AND EXCLUDING SAID AREA FROM THE
"A" RESIDENCE DISTRICT AS DEFINED IN SECTION 3 OF SAID ORDIN.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINAS
SECTION 1. That "C" Commercial District, as defined by Section
5 _ of Ordinance No. 3188 is hereby extended to include Lot No. 8
in Block No. 13, in Southern Heights Addition to the City of Salina, Kan-
sas, and such lot is hereby excluded from the "A" Residence District, as
defined by Section 3 of Ordinance No. 3188.
SEC TION 2. This Ordinance shall be in effect from and after its
publication in the officiary -city paper.
