Section 1. That the 'ollo.wing described lands ir. the City of Salina now in
the "A" R sidence Use District be removed :£rori such district and. placed in the 113,11P
Residence Use District as provided by Section 4 of said Ordinance 3188 as amended,
and that said lands !,Lay be used for the purposes desi`nated in Section 9 of said
Ordinance 3188, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, in Replat of Block 5 in Oakdale
Addition; Lot 4 in Block 6 in Oakdale Addition, and Lots 1, 2 and
3 in Geis Addition. Lots 30 and 32 in Block 8, in Bond's Addition,
known as No. 860 So-,th Santa Fe Avenue. Lot 12 in Replat of Block 5,
Soth Park Addition, known as No. 556 South Tenth Street. Lots 10 and
12 ih Block 2, Bond's Addition, known as No. 720 South Santa Fe Avenue.
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12, on State Street, in Universi_t,,r Addit-lon.
Carroll's Addition and the west 10 feet of Lot 9, Block 6, Oakdale

AN ORD--NANCE amending Ordinance No. 3138 by adding certain territory to the
"B" Residence Use District as defined in Section 4 of said ordinance.
WHEREAS, certain proposed changes in the zoning ordinance of the City of
Salina, Lleing 6rdinance No. 3188 as hereinafter set forth, have been submitted
by the Board of Commissioners to the City Planning Commission and said proposal
has been referred back to the Board of Commissioners by the City Planning Com-
mission with the recommendations of said Commission, that such changes be made
and due notice thereof has been given,as required by law, by publication of
notice of such proposed changes for thirty days, NOW THEREFORE
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the following described lands in the City of Salina
now in the "A" Residence Use District be removed from such district and placed
in the "B" Residence Use District as provided by Section 4 of said Ordinance
3188 as amended, and that said lands may, be used for the purposes designated
in Section 9 of said Ordinance 3138, to -wit:
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, in Replat of Block 5 in Oakdale
Addition; Lot 4 in Block 6 in Oakdale Addition, and Lots 1, 2 and
3 in Geis Addition. Lots 30 and 32 in Block 8, in Bond's Addition,
known as No. 860 South Santa Fe Avenue. Lot 12 in Replat of Block 5,
Sout# Park Addition, known as No. 556 South Tenth Street. Lots 10 and
12 in Block 2, Bond's Addition, known as No. 720 South Santa Fe Avenue.
