5030 Parking Stands for TaxicabsORDIAANCE NO. 5030 (Published in the Salina Joarnal 1943) AN ORDINANCE prohibiting parking stands for taxicabs on the -Oublic streets of the City of Salina, and amending Section 22 of Ordinance 4952 and repealing original Section 22 and Sections 23 and 26 of Ordinance 4952. BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas. Section 1. That Section 22 of Ordinance 4952 be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "Section 1. That on and after May 15, 1943, no taxicab shall be per- mitted to stand when unemployed at any place on the public streets of the City of Salina, and no taxicab parking stands shall be permitted or maintained at any place on any such public streets, and the use of taxicab telephones now located at public taxicab stands heretofore existing on Ash Street at the Lamer Hotel and Miller's Drug Store, and at the northwest corner of Santa Fe and Walnut, be prohibited." Section 2. That original Section 22 and Sections 23 and 26 of Ordinance 4952 be and the same are hereby repealed. Section 3.
