Section 1. That the preamble hereof is made a part of this ordinance and the
foll6vdng described land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is hereby in -
eluded in, added to and :r;ade a part cf the"B" Iesidential District as defined in
Section 4 of Ordinance :'umber 3183 and said ordinance as amended, and that said land

ments thereto, subject, however, to such restrictions and regulations as hereinafter

Tie East 821- feet of Lots 15 and 16, Block 1 and the
V -Test 421 feet of Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, all in South-

Kansas.

ORDINANCE N!R,4B2, 5256
AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in "B"
Residential District, as that district is defined in Section 4 of Ord-
inance Number 3188 and providing for the proper use of each thereof.
VdHEREAS, a petition was duly filed praying for the rezoning of
certain lands hereinafter described; and
V4HME1-',S, said petitions were duly referred to the City Planning
and Zoning Commission and said Commission met and duly recommended that
said described land be rezoned as hereinafter provided and as prayed for;
and
ViHEREAS, notices of the proposed changes in the zoning of said
land was duly and regularly published and the prescribed time since the
publication thereof has duly elapsed; and so,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the preamble hereof is made a. part of this ord-
inance and the following described land in the City of Salina shall be
and the same is hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "B"
Residential District as defined in Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3188
and said ordinance as amended, and that said land may be used for the
purpose designated in Section 9 of said ordinance and the amendments
thereto, subject, hm ever, to such restrictions and regulations as here-
after provided for, to -wit:
The East 827,- feet of Lots 15 and 16,
Block 1, and the West 42,—� feet/ of
Lots 15 and 16, Block 1, all in South-
ern Heights Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
