AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusim of certain lands in the City
of Salina, Kansas, in the "C" Commercial District as that district is
defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188 and the amendments there-
to and providing for the proper use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain land here-
inafter described have been fully and timely complied with; and
SO, NOW, THMEFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COLMSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS-.
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it
is hereby included in the "C" Commercial District as that district is
defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188, and amendments thereto
and that said land may be used for the purposes authorized by Section
10 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and amendments thereto, subject to
such regulations and provisions as may be hereafter provided; to -wit:
The West 622 feet of Lots 15 and
16, Block 3, Southern Heights
Addition, an Addition to the City
of Salina., Saline County, Kansas
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption and publication in the official
city paper.
