AN ORDINANCE providing for and allowing the charge of frontage and
replatting of certain lots and pieces of real estate, being a part
of EVERGREEN PARK ADDITION to the City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
BE IT ORDAITTED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the change of frontage in Lot 14, Block 1
Lot 13, Block 2, all in Evergreen Park Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas, according to the original plat of said addition

recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County,.
Kansas, on the 2hth day of August 19 11 , to be included
and replatted in West Evergreen Park Addition to said city, as
prayed for in a petition filed herein by Floyd E. Swartz, Clarice

A. Swartz and Harold M. Crosswy, is hereby permitted, approved and
allowed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the Register
of Deeds of Saline County, KanstLs, the fact of the passage and pub-
lication of this ordinance in the manner and form required by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its adoption and publication once in the
official city paper.
