AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain alley in the

City of Salina, Kansas and reserving a limited use t:iereof.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Galina, 2sansas:
Section 1. That that portion o ' a certain north and south puL)lic alley
lying between Santa Fe Avenue and Seventh Street and connecting IvVoodl-and Avenue
and Pacific Avenue from the north line of Woodland Avenue, tience north to the
north lines of Lots 15 and 16, Block 7, Pacific Addition to the City of aalina
Kansas, be and it is hereby vacated and the said area so vacated shall accrue to
the lots next adjacent thereto as provided b-1,1 law, provided, nowever, that the City
of Salina, Kansas reserves the right to enter u2on said property for the purpose of
constructing, repairing and replacing sanitary sewers therein and thereon.

after its publication once in the official city paper.
