in the "C" Co.ugercial District as that district is defined by Sect ion 5 of Ordi lance
Number 3138, and providing for the proper use thereof.
'=3ERRAS, petitions were duly filed praying for the rezoning of certain lands hereinafter
described; and
HEREAS, said -petitions were duly and regularly referred to the City Planning and Zoning
and Zoning Coi:u;<1ssion and that said cor-Lmission duly recommended the rezoning as prayed
for; and
>1iERHAS, notice of the proposed change ;^ras duly DuJlished in the manner and iorm re ,uired
by law and no protectants anpeared; and

Section 1. That certain land be and it is hereby included in and made a part of the
Commercial District as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 31:38, as amended,
and that said property may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of Ordi:ance
lTuraber 3183, subject to such rebs and regulations as may be hereafter provided, said
property being described as follows, to -grit:
Lot Eight (8), Block Eleven (11)
in Pacific Addition to t"ie City
of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That certain land be a -:d it is hereby included in and made a part of
the "C" Coriaercial District as defined by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188, as amended,
and that said property may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of Ordinance
Dumber 3183, subject to such rules and reg lations as may be hereafter provided, said
pro,;erty being described as follows, to -wit:
Lot Forty-ldine (49) on Tenth
Street and Lots Eleven (11) and

AN ORDIIU.NCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of
Salina, Kansas, in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined
by Section 5 of Ordinance Number 3188, and providing for the proper use
thereof.
'WHERR S, petitions were duly filed praying for the rezoning of certain
lands hereinafter described; and
AREAS, said petitions were duly and regularly referred to the City
Planning and Zoning Commission and that said commission duly recommended
the rezoning as prayed for; and
WHEREAS, notice of the proposed change was (July published in the manner
and form required by law and no protestants appeared; and
VVHM, EAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina deem it advise -
able to rezone certain lands; and

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CO.S,1ISS IOi MS OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
