Section 1. That tie preambles hereof are hereby incorporated herein. Section 2. Section 4. That before tie station herein provided for shall be constructed, the plans and specifications therefor shall first be submitted to the department of t,.e Board of Health of the State of Kansas and be approved by such department. Section 5. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its publication in the official city paper. Section 3.
