AA ORDIdAN CE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in "C" Commercial Dis-
trict, as that district is defined in Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and
providing for the proper use of each thereof.
F,HE'_tEAS, a petition was duly filed praying for the rezoning of certain
lands hereinafter described; and
`HEREAS, said petition was duly referred to the City Planning and Zoning
Co:zmission and said Commission met and duly recoiunended that said described land
be rezoned as hereinafter provided and as prayed for; and
!A-HEREAS, notice of the proposed changed in the zoning of said land was
duly and regularly published and the prescribed time since the publication thereof
has duly elapsed; and so,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Comissioners of the City of Sal'wna, Kansas:
Section 1. That the preamble hereof is made a part of this ordinance
and the following described land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is
hereby included ip, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial District as
defined by Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3138 and said ordinance as amended, and
that said land may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of said
ordinance and the amendments thereto, subject, however, to such restrictions
and regulations as hereafter provided for, to -wit:
All of Lot Two (2) Block Twenty (20)
in Episcopal Military Institute AddiV on
to the City of Saline., Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city paper.
