BE IT ORDAIdED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the sum of 13.5373 :hills on the dollar be and the same

taxes are levied and assessed be in all cases taken fror:; the assess,:1ent .rolls

and it shall be the duty of the City Clerk of Salina, Kansas, immediately on and
after the passage and taking effect of this ordi'iance, and on or be�'ore the 25th
day of AuEust, 1947 to transmit a duly certified copy of this ordinance to the
County Clerk of Salina County, Kansas so that t".e levy of taxes herein provided
for ;nay be placed u,)on the tax rolls and t'l1e t.xes collected according to law.

its rublication once in the official city paper.

is hereby levied on real, personal and mixed property of whatsoever kind and
nature (except intangible property otherwise taxed or assessed according- to
law) in the City of Salina, which is a City of the first class having a popu-

ment rolls for the present year in the office of the County Clerk of Saline
County, Kansas, and it shall be the duty of the City Clerk of Salina, Kansas,
in¢aediately on and after the passage and taking effect of this ordinance,

copy of this ordinance to the Counter Clerk of Saline, County, Kansas so that
the levy of taxes herein provided for may be placed upon the tax rolls and the
taxes collected according to law.

after its publication once in the official city paper.
