AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in "C" Commercial
District, that
as district is defined in Section 5 of Ordinance No. 3188
and providing for the
pro7,er use of eachthereof.
VEHEREAS, a petition ,,ms duly filed praying for the rezoning of certain lands
hereinafter described; and
said petitions were duly referred to the City Planning and Zoning
Corru-i.iss]_on
and said Colrz.iission net and duly recoirenended that said described
land be '
rezoned as hereinafter provided and as prayed for; and
WHYREAS, notices of the proposed changes in the zoning of said land v,,ras duly

and regularly published and the prescribed time since the nublication thereof
has duly elapsed;
and so,
BE TIP ORDAIZTED by the Board Of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the preamble hereof is made a part of this ordinance and
the following described land in the City of Salina shall be and the same is
hereby included in, added to and made a part of the "C" Commercial District
as defined by Section 5 of ordinance No. 3188 and said ordinance as amended,
and that said land may be used for the purposes designated in Section 10 of
said ordinance and the amendments thereto, subject, however, to such restric-
tions and regulations as hereafter provided for, to -wit:
The West seventy (70) feet of the South
Eighty (80) feet of Lot Ten (10) in Block
Thirteen (13), in South Park Addition to
the City of Salina, Kansas.
Sectiofl 2. That this ordinance be in force from and after its adoption and
Dublication once in the official city paper.
