tion Company .for the construction of certain curbing, guttering, paving
and 4;rading improvements on certain streets in the City of Salina, and
providing for the issuance of temporary notes to pay the cost thereof
pending the issuance and sale of bonds.
BE IT JRDAL1.ED by the board of Coirunissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the acceptance by the City of Salina, of the proposal
of H. J. Taylor Construction Company, hereinafter referred to as the "con-
tractor" as submitted to the Board of Coiiunissioners on June -30,-194-7. which
is hereby found to be the lowest and best bid for such work, and the contract
awarded by the Board of Cormissioners of said city to said contractor and
signed on behalf of the city by its kayor on -e -}94M , for the con-
struction of certain public improvements in the City of Salina, to -wit:
(1) Curbing, guttering, paving and grading of Pacific
