AN ORDIi ANCE, providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of
Salina, Kansas, in the "B" Residential District as that district is defined
in Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3188 and providing for the proper uses
thereof.

j WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the rezoning of certain lands here—
inafter described have been timely complied with; and

I SO, NOW, TH.REFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BQA.RD OF COMIISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SA.LI?�A, KANSAS:

Section 1. That certain lands be and they are hereby included in the
"B" Residential District as defined by Section 4 of Ordinance Number 3188

of said city, to wit:
Lot 23 on Jewell Avenue in the
Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan
University, an addition to the
City of Salina, Saline County,
Kansas.
Provided that said lands may be used only for the purposes authorized by
Section 9 of said Ordinance Number 3188 and further subject to such regu—
lations as hereafter deemed appropriate by said Commission.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in force and effect from and

after its publication in the official city paper.
