AN ORDI1.11NCE allowing the change of frontage and replatting of certain lots
and pieces of real estate being a part of Bonds Addition to the City of
Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAI!�ED by the Board of Comsiissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the change of frontage in the lots and blocks included
in the plat of WOODS REPLAT Or' BLOCK FOUR (4) and BLOCK FIVE (5), in BONDS
ADDI`i' :011 TO THE CITY OF JALINA, KANSAS, being a replat of Lots One (1) to
Thirty-two (32) inclusive, in Blocks Four (4) and Tats One (1) to Thirty-two
(32) inclusive in Block Five (5) in Bonds Addition to the said city, including
reverters thereto as result of the vacation of streets and alleys as provided
by Ordinance Number 5300 of said city, as portrayed on the original plat
of said Bonds Addition, vLich was filed in the office of the Register of Deeds
of Saline County, Kansas, on the 16th day of December, 1886, all as prayed for
by petition duly filed by IV. Tu. Wood and W. Y1, Garrison, is hereby permitted
approved and allowed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk shall certify to the Register of
Deeds of Saline County, Kansas, the fact of the passage and publication of
this ordinance in the manner and form required by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
