AN ORDINR?CE granting permission and approving change in frontage and
replatting a
p g p rt of Lots Fifty (50) and Fifty -One (51) and all of Lots Fifty -
Two (52) and Fifty -Three (53) on Elm Street in the Original Torm of Salina,

Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section j 1. That the platof the chane and resurvey of a g y part of Lots
Fifty (50) and Fifty -One (51) and all of Lots Fifty -Two gnd Fifty -Three
(52 and 53) on Elm Street, in the Original Plat of the Original TowNof
Salina, Kansas, said original plat being filed in the Office of the Register

of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas on the 14th day of April, 1862, as prayed
i
for by the petition filed by the estate of Susan C. Wiegner, deceased, by
i
Elizabeth Wiegner, Executrix of said estate, is hereby approved and allow-
ed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk certify to the Register of Deeds of
Saline County, Kansas, the fact of the passage and publication of this ord-
inance, upon said plat of the Original Town of Salina, Saline County, Kansas,
as changed as provided by law.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
