AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of Salina
in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance
Number 3188 and the amendments thereto and providing for the proper use thereof.
11HMEAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain land hereinafter
described have been fully and timely complied with; and
S0, NOW, THMEFORE,
BE IT ORDLI14ED BY THE BOARD OF COTvSUSSIONMS OF THE CITY OF SALINA, KAiiSAS:
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby included
in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinance

Number 3188, and amendments thereto and that said land may be used for the purposes
authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance Dumber 3188 and amendments thereto, subject

to such regulations and provisions as may be hereafter provided, to -writ:
Lot 12, Block 1, Tucker Park
Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinmce shall be in full farce from and after its

adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
