AN ORDI1`dANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land hereinafter described
in the Class "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section
5 of Ordinance No. 3188 and amendinents thereto and providing for and regulat-
ing the use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain land hereinafter
described have been duly and timely complied with; and
SO, NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COi:': TSSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA:

Section 1. ]hat certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby included
in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5 of Ordinancne
No. 3188 and all amendments thereto and that said land may be used for the purpose
authorized in Section 10 of said Ordinance 3188 and all amendments thereto, subject
however to such rules and regulations as may be hereafter provided for, to -wit:
Beginning at a point Four Hundred Forty-five (445) feet west of
the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter (NW,) of Section
Eleven (11) in Township Fourteen (14) South, Range Three (3)
West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, in Saline County, Kansas;
thence North and parallel with the West line of said quarter
Section One Hundred Ninety (190) feet, more or less, to the
center of the old channel of Dry Creek, thence in a northeasterly
direction along the center of the channel of Dry Creek to a point
where said aid center line touches the West line of U. S. Highway by-
pass; thence east to the center of said Highway; thence in a south-
westerly direction, down the center of said Highway to its inter-
section with the South line of th6 North Half (N2) of said Section
Eleven (11), thence West along said line to the place of beginning.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its adoption
and p.blication once in the official city paper.
