Ali ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain lands in the City of
Salina in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section 5
of Ordinance Number 3188 and the amendments thereto and providing for the proper
use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain land herein-
after described have been fully and timely complied with; and
SO, NOVO, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOIaD 01' COD,,Rv!ISSIOT1ERS OF THE CI`.PY OF SALIVA, MUISAS:
Section 1. That certain land hereinafter described be and it is hereby
included in the "C" Commercial District as that district is defined by Section
5 of Ordinance Number 3188, and amendments thereto and that said land may be
used for the purposes authorized by Section 10 of said Ordinance Number 3188
and amendments thereto, subject to such regulations and provisions as may be
hereafter provided, to -wit:
The North Eighty (80) feet of Lot Four (4)
on Santa Fe Avenue, Hollandts Addition to
the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force from and after its
adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
