AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land in the City of
Salina, Kansas, in the "B" Residential District as defined by Section 4 of
Ordinance Number 3188, as amended, and providing for the proper use there-
of.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands here-
inafter described has been duly and timely complied with; and
SO, K074, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMAISSIONMS OF THE CITY OF SALI!a, KANSAS:
Section 1. That certain land be and it is hereby included in and made a
part of the "B" Residential District as that district is defined in Section 4
of Ordinance Number 3188, as amended, and the uses specified by Section 9 of
said ordinance, as amended, are hereby made applicable to said land, subject
to such regulation as hereafter at any time deemed adviseable by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows, to -wit:
Lot Eight (8), Block Fourteen (14)
Oakdale Addition to the City of
Salina, Kansas
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
