AN ORDINANCE providing for the inclusion of certain land in the City of
Salina, Kansas, in the "B" Residential District as defined by Section 4 of Ord -
inane Number 3188, as amended, and providing for the proper use thereof.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent to the rezoning of certain lands herein-
after described has been duly and timely complied with; and
SO, NOW, THII EFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF CON"J ISS IOIERS OF TIDE CITY OF SALINA, IWTSAS :
Section 1. That certain land be and it is hereby included in and madea
part of the "B" Residential District as that district is defined in Section 4
of Ordinance Number 3188, as amended, and the usds specified by Section 9 of
said ordinance, as amended, are hereby made applicable to said land, subject
to such regulation as hereafter at any time deemed adviseable by the Board of
Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas, described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1, Block27 in Hutchinson's
Addition to the City of Salina,
Kansas.
Section. 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
