AN ORDINANCE granting permission to change the frontage and replatting of certain
lots and pieces of real estate being a part of the Addition to the Grounds of Kansas
Wesleyan University, an Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the plat of SUNRISE ADDITION to the City of Salina, Kansas,
being a replat of a part of the Addition to the Grounds of Kansas Wesleyan Univer-
sity, an Addition to the City of Salina, Saline County, Kansas, and the changing of
the frontage of certain lots in said replatted area consisting of Lots 41 to 80, both
inclusive on Beloit Avenue, Lots 42, 44, 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58 and Lots 60 to
80, both inclusive on Minneapolis Avenue, Lots 61 to 80, both inclusive on Ellsworth
Avenue, Lots 41, 43, 45, 47, 49, 61, 53, 55, 57, 59, 61, 63, 65, 67 and 69 to 8O,
both inclusive on Jewell Avenue, Lot numbers ending in odd numbers, 41 to 79, both
inclusive, on Republic Avenue and Lot numbers, ending in even numbers, 42 to 80, both
inclusive on Kirwin Avenue, and reverts thereto as a result of the vacation of streets
and alleys as provided by Ordinance Number 5276, all of said lots being in said
addition, aforesaid, as portrayed on the Original Plat of said Addition, in said
city, being filed in the office of the Register of Deeds of Saline County, Kansas,
on the 10th day of February 318.86 , asra ed for by

F. D. Lockwood, is hereby approved and allowed.
Section 2. That the City Clerk c.rtify to the Register of Deeds of Saline
County, Kansas, the fact of the passage and publication of this ordinance, upon
said plat of Sunrise Addition as provided by law.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city paper.
