AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of Fifth Street in the City of
Salina, Kansas.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Cor..missioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:

Section 1. That the East five (5) feet of Fifth Street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the north line of North Street, thence north to the south line
I
of Lincoln Street be and it is hereby vacated.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in tn.e official city paper.
